Longworth Long Term Care is a welcoming and supportive environment, located on a 7-acre site in the beautiful and established Westmount area of London.
Longworth is close to home for 160 residents. It is partnered and physically linked with Longworth Retirement Residence, providing a unique continuum of care appealing to a wide variety of individual needs.
We are licensed and legislated by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, and accredited by Accreditation Canada, meeting national standards of care, quality, and services. We are actively involved as members of the Ontario Long Term Care Association.
A vibrant Residents’ Council and Family Council contribute significantly to the work we do.
The South West Community Care Access Centre is the single point of access to information about, and admission to, long term care.
