Lanark Heights Long Term Care is a welcoming and supportive environment, located in the beautiful and established Forest Heights neighbourhood of Kitchener.
Lanark Heights is close to home for 160 residents. It is partnered and physically linked with Lanark Place Retirement Residence, providing a unique continuum of care appealing to a wide variety of individual needs.
We are licensed and legislated by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, and accredited by Accreditation Canada, meeting national standards of care, quality, and services. We are actively involved as members of the Ontario Long Term Care Association.
A vibrant Residents’ Council and Family Council contribute significantly to the work we do.
The Waterloo Wellington Community Care Access Centre is the single point of access to information about, and admission to, long term care.
