Lanark Heights has five distinctive “neighborhoods”, home to 32 residents each. Living spaces are uniquely integrated into our state-of-the-art three storey structure surrounded by beautifully landscaped courtyards. In keeping with our Forest Heights location, each neighborhood has its own color and floral theme for location recognition, aptly named Maple, Oak, Pine, Juniper, and Chestnut.
Comfortable and light-filled lounges with fireplaces encourage interaction among residents and provide a cozy, relaxed atmosphere for visits with family and friends.
Other features include:
- Memory boxes outside each room encourage a display of life's treasures
- Hair Salon, tuck shop and cafe
- Choice of private or shared accommodation is available. The rooms are carefully appointed, and often include furnishings and art objects brought by the resident to make the living space even more meaningful
- Outdoor patios, courtyards and secured balconies are natural gathering places and offer views of our neighbourhood scenery
