Our Quality Improvement Program, called V.I.P. (Vision for Improving Performance), focuses on ensuring our team meets and exceeds the needs and expectations of all our residents. We monitor delivery of care and services and, through many sources including our Resident/Family Satisfaction Surveys, learn which areas our residents and families would like to see improved.
