The Pre-Delivery Experience
Welcome to your new Sifton home
The Sifton Pre-Delivery Experience includes two important visits to your new home. The first walk-through takes place prior to the application of drywall. This is an opportunity for you to meet your Site Superintendent and review your new home to ensure that all of your personalized features have been included before proceeding to finishing stages.
Approximately two weeks prior to the closing date of your new home, you will be contacted by our Customer Care Coordinator to schedule the second and final walk-through, the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). This inspection takes place 3 to 5 days in advance of closing, during which time we will review with you the many operating systems in your home. The inspection also provides you the opportunity to tour your new home with no obstructions.
Our Customer Care Coordinator will answer any questions during the Pre-Delivery Inspection and liaise with the Site Superintendent to ensure your home is ready for your move-in.
