Sifton Properties named Builder of the Year

Over the past year Sifton Properties has worked diligently to make all of our homes more environmentally friendly. With reduced waste and improved efficiency our homes stand out as some of the best. The London Home Builders’ Association agreed, naming Sifton Properties the 2009 Builder of the Year.

This award recognizes the home builder that sets the standard for the rest of the industry through their leadership in product quality, innovation, environmental awareness, customer service, and contributions to the community in which we build. Sifton Properties is also the recipient of the LHBA 2009 Energy Efficiency Award.
