RiverBend Golf Community named Project of the Year

We are pleased to announce that the London Home Builders’ Association has named RiverBend Golf Community the 2010 Project of the Year.

Each year, a multi-housing project is selected by the LHBA based on the visual attractiveness of the site, preservation of privacy, safety and convenience of vehicular traffic, and appeal and usefulness of the site amenities. Site amenities are judged on landscaping, recreational facilities, design features of communal areas, convenience for residents, building materials, and layout of individual dwelling units.
