Maureen O’Reilly, Customer Care Coordinator
With over 20 years of experience in the home building industry, with a focus on customer service, Maureen is your first point of contact for after-sales warranty service. Beginning with the Pre-Delivery Inspection, Maureen guides homeowners through the closing process addressing any concerns along the way. After move-in, Maureen works in collaboration with Sifton Warranty Service Representatives to schedule warranty service requests and resolve customer concerns.
